HROnboard comes in three versions: Standard, Premium or Enterprise.
 
Standard is a full featured onboarding solution that allows you to load your own contracts. It can be setup and running in hours.

 
Premium allows for more advanced onboarding, with more fields available and options for custom adapters, offboarding and more.
 
Enterprise is a more tailored solution with the ability to generate contracts and documents based on your business rules.

Pricing Information

Plans

HROnboard comes in Standard, Premium and Enterprise versions. Pricing is based on an annual subscription fee and transaction usage (onboards, internal updates, off boards).

 

Transactions

Transactions can be purchased individually or in packs. Transaction packs offer discounted pricing over the individual cost of a transaction. Subscription levels and in-depth pricing information is listed on our pricing page. Please contact us separately for an enterprise pricing quote.

Going live with HROnboard

Once you've purchased HROnboard, we'll guide you through the necessary steps to get up and running based on your requirements and which version you're using.
 
Standard edition customers can be up and running in 24 hours, and our consultants will work out a project plan for all Enterprise edition customers to fit your timeline.
