HROnboard was born from a passion to improve the way businesses manage and engage their people.
We started life as a successful HR Consultancy, helping enterprises improve their HR/Payroll operations.
We were the techs that helped integrate, automate and streamline the manual processes that plague HR. We removed admin headaches like timesheets, org charting, and reporting.
We learnt a lot through our consulting and bespoke development. But we were always dismayed by the lack of elegant, integration-friendly, affordable, employee-facing apps.
We thought it was time to build something we could be proud of; something that solves a real problem. That's how HROnboard was born.
At HROnboard, we're focussed on two things:

2002 - Founder Peter Forbes starts Solid Rock Systems - HRIS Consultancy
2007 - Solid Rock becomes Navigo - HR Solutions Re-seller and Consultancy
2010 - Grows Org Charting business to largest in Australia and New Zealand
March 2013 - First release of HROnboard
Dec 2014 - Launches Offboarding
June 2015 - Our 50th Customer
Sept 2015 - Global launch with US, UK forms support
