Navigo started developing HROnboard on March 31st 2013 after working on bespoke development and HRIS bolt-on software, we wanted a product we could build, grow and love.
HROnboard is a global, pure play enterprise onboarding platform. It is quick to setup, easy to use and try out with government forms included out of the box for Australian, New Zealand and UK markets. HROnboard is committed to being open and secure with open APIs and transparency regarding security, privacy and incidents.
Founder and CEO – HROnboard
Peter founded HROnboard in 2013 and is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the company.
Peter is Managing Director of Navigo, a major HR Technology consultancy involved in HRIS Consulting, niche HR Solutions and HR Technology Research & Advisory.
Peter has more than 20 years experience in the HR Tech industry as a developer, product designer, technical consultant and business analyst. He has worked on large-scale HRIS implementations for Australia Post, and PNG Government, as well as numerous upgrades and migrations for corporate and government organisations.
In 2002, he founded Solid Rock Systems, a HR Technology consultancy. Solid Rock merged with Navigo Management Solutions (the Australasian re-seller of OrgPlus) in 2007 to become Navigo.
Additionally, Peter is a contributor and senior advisor of the Australian HR Technology Report, a survey on HR Tech trends and usage in Australia.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology, Information Systems from Griffith University.
