Reminders now do some of the chasing for you!  HROnboard reminders ensure contracts are signed by candidates faster, paperwork is collected before day one and provisioning tasks are completed on time. Whoo hoo!

We’ve introduced the following email reminders for onboarding:

  • Reviewer hasn’t actioned an offer after 2 days
  • New starter hasn’t accepted their offer after 2 days
  • New starter hasn’t completed their forms after 2 days
  • Task assignee hasn’t completed their task 1 day before it is due

Be confident offboarding tasks are being completed

Holding up the process for an employee leaving the organisation is not a good look.  Improve your exit and de-provisioning process with these reminders for offboarding:

  • Reviewer hasn’t actioned an exit pack after 2 days
  • Employee hasn’t completed their exit survey after 2 days
  • Task assignee hasn’t completed their task 1 day before it is due

Reminders are optional for your account.  They can be turned off by navigating to Admin → Settings → Account Settings.
